During the process of creating this platform, I wanted to use a name that represents the concept of female power.

My mission is to empower women with negotiation skills that go beyond the workplace. I believe in the power of creating opportunities and choices to improve lives, whatever this might be for you.

After working for more than 15 years in corporate finance, I took a significant step in my life by founding my own corporate finance advisory business at the age of 35. I am a woman who has cultivated her independence, established a successful business, and gained control over my life.

Whether it’s securing fair compensation, closing a better deal, achieving a better work-life balance, or obtaining favourable terms in various aspects of life, I aim to provide women with the tools to confidently negotiate and create a better future.

Women have faced social stigma for centuries regarding money.

They were often told that they lacked a sense of financial matters and should not openly discuss it. When women express ambition or a desire for financial success, they are unfairly labelled as greedy rather than ambitious. Also, societal norms restrict their participation in the workforce. This limits their opportunities for economic empowerment.

Behaviours associated with femininity, such as patience, risk aversion, and teamwork, have not adequately been rewarded.
